Ruffled One Shoulder Top

Last summer was all about the off-the-shoulder (“OTS”) trend. Now, while that’s still going strong, this summer is going to be all about the one shoulder trend.  This trend has been around before, but it’s been awhile. And ruffles. Lots and lots of ruffles.

Top:  c/o Shein–only $14 (also in blue) // Shorts: Target (similar) // Earrings: NY & Company c/o the Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass–comes in 2 colors–BOGO 75% off (lightweight pair) // Handbag: Kate Spade Outlet c/o the Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass // Sandals: Tory Burch via eBay
This outfit was so cute for an afternoon out with my little family.  We took Kane to see the Easter Bunny.  It’s a good thing I was in pastels, because I had to be in the picture too.lol  Afterwards, we grabbed pizza nearby.
From the candy striper pink pattern to the pile of ruffles, this shirt is so romantic.  The one shoulder detail is super sweet when combined with an actual sleeve on the side. At only $14, you should grab this NOW!  I paired it with a light wash, distressed jean short.  This pair is really similar and less than $25.
Ball drop earrings are the must-have earrings this spring!  The pair I have on comes in 2 colors and is under $20, but I’ve also linked a light-weight pair under $15. If you have issues wearing heavy earrings, or your holes are stretched, try Lobe Wonder to help support the earring.
How do you feel about the one should trend? You can shop my favorite one-shoulder looks below–most are $15 or less, and all are under $30!
