Dress: GAP Outlet, details here Necklace: Origami Owl Watch: Coach (gift from hubby) |
The dress is not only the perfect color palette for summer, but it’s also the perfect material too– so lightweight! Oh, and let’s not forget that it has pockets! I plan to wear this on our upcoming beach vacation (be sure to follow me on Instagram for snaps).

Shoes: Coach Jacinta flats c/o Marshall’s, $44.99 |
I’m in love love love with these Coach flats! They’re a great color and super comfy! I happened to find them on the clearance rack in Marshall’s. $60 is the top limit of what I will spend on Coach shoes, and that’s just because they’re so comfortable! I only buy them when I find them on clearance at Marshall’s, Macy’s, etc., or on sale on Coach.com with an extra 25% off coupon.
Here’s the dress paired with my new crossbody from Coach Factory. This purse is perfect for shopping trips, running errands, or if you have a little one that need to have both hands free to wrangle.

Yes, almost everything I bought on my recent shopping trip (here and here) was some shade of blue.

Nail Color: China Glaze’s Sunday Funday, $5.75 |
Below is a closeup of my necklace. It’s from Origami Owl. I love this jewelry line because it’s fun– everything is interchangeable, and quite frankly, the little charms remind me of Polly Pocket (when she was itty bitty). The lady I order from, Wendy Gauze, donates all of her profits to her church youth group. I host online parties through her every so often, and usually end up getting my items for free or at a good discount. You can check out her online store here.

BRIGHT Giveaway Preview
So, I promised a while back that I would do a wedding bouquet tutorial, and while it may have seemed like it was never going to happen, it has! Here’s a preview of what’s coming later this week– how to make your own wedding bouquet (+ boutonniere) for around $20–and I also will be giving this bouquet away as part of the post! Is anyone excited for this?! I used neutral colors so that it will work for whoever wins.
