Wardrobe Re-Wear : Neon Lace Tank

Can you believe it’s already September?!  I sure can’t, and neither can my closet.  I’ve really gotten hooked on neons lately, and snapped a lot up during the end of season sales.  Following my previous recommendation for how to transition brights and sleeveless shirts to fall, I put together the outfits below.

OUTFIT 1 : Late Summer Nights

I love this neon lace tank I picked up from Maurices–it’s bright, with a dainty touch, and versatile.  Here I paired it with my new skinnies cuffed at the ankle and bright accessories.

While these shoes are no longer available online, I saw them on the clearance rack at my local Target this week!
Necklaces: Lock, Tiffany & Company; Living Locket, Origami Owl.
Purse: Coach Factory (gift to myself).
Watch: Coach (gift from hubby).
Bracelet: Style This Life on Etsy, $9.



OUTFIT 1 : Early Fall Days

After my post about how to transition brights to fall, I was inspired to pair the tank with a black cardigan and black accessories.  I pulled in the orchid pencil skirt to make sure there was enough color in the outfit to balance the black.
Cardigan: Aerie, old (similar, $13.98 at Target)
Tank: Maurices, less than $7 (similar, $8.99; and similar , $8.80, both at Forever 21)
Skirt: Maurices, less than $10 (similar, $17.99 at JCP)
Purse: Kate Spade Outlet (similar, $29.99; and similar, $49.99 at Target)
Flats: Coach, $50 from Macy’s (similar, $16.99 at Target)
Bracelet: $6 from Style This Life on Etsy.
Necklace and earrings: Versona ($11 for necklace set and $6 for earrings)

Please excuse my wrinkles.  These outfits are actually worn most of the day before I take my pics:)  Real-world tested.
