How I Style It : The Chambray Shirt

The necklace in this post was provided to me by Brandzaffair in exchange for my sharing my shopping experience with their website.  Like with anything else on this blog, ALL opinions are my own.

Today I’m linking up with my blogging buddies for this month’s installment of our “How I Style It” link-up!  This is a new monthly linkup where we all get together to show you how we style our favorite fashion trends, and invite you to join us in showing off your passion for fashion as well!  You can meet the hosts down below:)
Today is all about chambray!!!  Button it up, then grab the button and use the hashtag #chambrayeverywhere to join in on the fun:)
Chambray, how do I love thee??? Let me count thy ways (including herehere, and here).  I resisted the chambray trend for sooo long, but I finally went all in on it last year.  Chambray can be dressed up, dressed down, and dressed everywhere in-between.
Today I’ve style my chambray button-up with an understated tulle skirt. The skirt just has a single layer of tulle over an opaque skirt, making it perfect for the office or for a night out on the town.  I really like pairing chambray with black. . .and it was a perfect excuse to slip on these Coach heels that were a steal ($128 shoes for $38?! Yes, please, every time).  As for the leopard clutch making an appearance yet again, what can I say?  It goes.

Also, can we take a moment to talk about how perfect this Kendra Scott Rae necklace is that I ordered from Nordstrom via Brandzaffair?!  I’d been wanting a Kendra Scott Rae necklace for a while, and was excited to find this one on sale. Brandzaffair features a bunch of different brands and stores on their website.  It aims to make online shopping a more social experience as you can use screensharing, video, and chat to shop each brand or store, like Nordstrom, from where my necklace was ordered.  For each brand/store, they also feature Brandzaffair Bargains, showcasing what’s on sale.  This means you can click on Kate Spade or Lilly Pulitzer, for instance, and see what Kate Spade items are on sale across certain websites, without having to do separate searches!  Once you click on a brand/store and the bargains are brought up, then you can use the seach tool in the sidebar to search within the brand/store that you currently have pulled up.  I think this is a fun concept, and you know I love a good deal!

Oh, and how fierce is this post? #bosslady  This may say “Lawyer Tif” more than any other picture on this blog.haha
