Thanksgiving Day Outfit : Holiday Sweater and Leggings

This week, I’m talking about Thanksgiving Day fashion.  Above all else, I think we all can agree that whatever you’re wearing, it should be comfortable.  The first outfit I shared was an effortless sweater dress and over-the-knee boots, which you can see here.  For the second outfit, I’m pulling a wardrobe re-wear and showing you how to pair thhem with a holiday sweater and leggings.
Confession–I love wearing leggings as pants and I do it unabashedly.  That said, I like to make sure that the material is thick and forgiving.  These VS Pink leggings fit the bill.  Keep an eye out on Black Friday because VS has had deals on Pink leggings for the last several Black Fridays. I also like to wear longer, more tunic-length tops.  I sized up in this holiday sweater to give it that feel. Oversized tops are really in right now.

Once again, I broke out my new OTK boots.  I love how tall and comfortable they are to wear. The zipper detail on the bag adds flair to any outfit, and dresses up the leggings.

And let’s talk about this fabulous necklace from Designs by Ali Rose.  For the story behind it, check out last Friday’s H54F post. Designs by Ali Rose is a local Kentucky vendor that I came across at the last Market (the next is coming up this weekend–click here for detail).  I love her jewelry, and the pieces clearly make awesome gifts:)
