$10 at Target–Christmas Edition

I used to hate Target.  Crazy, I know.  Don’t worry–I came to my senses a few years ago and Target and I have lived happily ever after ever since.  I buy a lot of clothes there for myself and Kane, decorate my home with their furnishings, and generally just spend my money there like it’s going out of style.
So when Becky from BYBMG started doing a $10 at Target series, I was all in. It reminds me of when I was little and my Papaw would give me $5 to spend at the dollar store or local thrift store every Saturday.  I spend $10 at Target several times a week (or multiple times over in one trip). Now, Becky has a $10 limit that includes sales tax, but for the purposes of my post, we’re excluding sales tax.
For my first 1st $10 at Target, I thought it’d be nice to do a Christmas theme.  All of my items came from Bullseye’s Playground (formerly the One Spot).  I always love to shop this section because they have the cutest items for cheap!  It’s great for putting together little gifts, and I usually get most of Kane’s stocking stuffers from there.
Merry Christmas sign – $3
Buffalo plaid kids bow tie – $3
Socks – $1each, $2 total
Adorable festive straws – $1
Cookies for Santa plate (not pictured) – $1
GRAND TOTAL : $10

I tend not to spend a lot of money on holiday decorations, so I love picking up little things like this sign which is such a good deal.  It reminds me of a more old-fashioned Christmas since it’s tin on the front and wood in the back.
The buffalo plaid items are pretty self-explanatory for those of you who have been around the blog for a while. As someone who usually buys their bowties off of Etsy, I was really pleased with the quality of this one.  Kane will look so handsome in it! I wore the socks for my last holiday-inspired outfit post which will be up tomorrow.  And I just had to grab the reindeer socks too.
The straws would be adorable for a holiday party or photoshoot.  I completely forgot to take a picture of the Santa plate:( Fail on my part.
So what else can $10 get you at Target?  Check out everyone’s post below to see what they found!
Elizabeth – Chasin’ Mason
Rachel – Garay Treasures
