This is an everyday Valentine’s Day look. Why? Because it’s so effortless and wearable. This is my first time trying out the LuLaRoe brand, and I’m in love! LuLaRoe is an interesting concept. . .they have consultants who do trunk shows, including online, that feature different pieces of clothing. While the styles of clothing are the same for all of the consultants, the patterns will vary widely. Different consultants get different sizes in different patterns, so if you see something you like, you usually have to snatch it up.
The dress I have on is called the Amelia dress. It’s made out of soft, breathable fabric that is wonderfully stretchy. I chose this black and white striped pattern because it’s so versatile–you can dress it up, dress it down, and pair it with just about any shoes/accessories you have.
I shopped with Claire from Clairemarie LuLaRoe. Claire just started her LuLaRoe store last month. She’s a full-time mother of two and Naval Officer that absolutely loves dressing women and making people happy when they find the perfect outfit. Be sure to checkout Claire’s shop, and mention Bright on a Budget to save 15% off your order.
Since it’s a look for Valentine’s Day, I pulled in shades of pink with my necklace, bracelet, and lip color. I slightly curled my hair and added a half-braid to the front for a romantic touch, and kept everything else simple. By the way, the bedhead hair was courtesy of the huge gusts of wind that decided to show up right as I was shooting these pictures (not to imply that I don’t purposefully rock bedhead hair on a regular basis).
