The Blogged Tee : How to Dress Up a Graphic Tee

Guys, I’m really excited to share my recent collaboration with Kentucky Brewed Tees with you!!! I’ve been rolling around the idea of a BLOGGER tee in my head for some time now. I didn’t want something that just said blogger. I wanted it to be something fun and different. So “Blogged.” got stuck in my head, because when you’re a blogger, just about everything in life is blogged. Then I happened to mention the idea to Ben over at Kentucky Brewed Tees, and a tee was born (thanks, Ben!).

I love the handlettering job that the local Lexington Lettering did. It was exactly what I had in mined! Now, this tee that I have on is a prototype tee. This was originally the tee I wanted to go with–light gray in women’s fit. This tee was supposed to be a semi-relaxed fit; however, it turned out to be way off in sizing. Seriously. The shirts are sized more to fit tweens than adults. So we switched up the actual shirt some, which I’ll show you at the end.

I kept this look simple because I wanted my fun tee to be the focal point. I paired the tee with my trusted black skinny pants (you can see more black skinny pants looks here). Jewelry was kept to a minimum, with me just wearing my black and white necklace and earrings. And I rounded it out with my Speedy 25 bag and the sunglasses I just can’t stop wearing.
