My name is Rachel and I blog over at Garay Treasures, and I am honored to be guest posting for Tiffany today. I am a fashion and lifestyle blogger who mixes fashion, my daily life and my love for the Lord Jesus Christ. I blog because I have a passion to inspire and be inspired myself. I thank Tiffany for having me today as I share with you four ways I have styled linen pants for summer.
Linen pants are a new again to me favorite as I wear my white linen pants at least every other week. With summer officially coming in a few days, I thought it would be nice to pull together a post for you with inspiration of many ways to style linen pants for the summer.
Linen pants, especially bagger ones, are very comfortable and breathable. At first glance you would think the heavier line to the material would make you feel like wearing an oven, but on the contrary, these are like wearing pajamas. Don’t believe me? Or never tried linen pants or clothing before? Then read this article on Orvis as it states the reason to wear linen better than I could describe, as well as the history of linen and its origins. I couldn’t agree more.
Now let’s dive in to the four ways I have styled linen pants for summer:
1. With a crop top. This particular crop top is more flared out on me, but a thinner almost tankini top would work as well. You can check out the full post here.
2. With a tank top. This look is perfect for shopping dates or walks on beaches. . . .
3. With a tee, graphic or any tee for that matter. Here, I style mine with a striped tee, but I feel the bagger and looser the tee, the better it would look, defeating the fashion rules of wear tight on top, and loose on bottom. With linen pants I think both ways are fine, as my next example shows. Check out the full details here.
4. With an oversized button up or top. When I was Pinteresting (if that is even a word) linen pants several months back, I kept glancing at the styles of bloggers styling their loose linen pants with loose boyfriend tops or button ups, and I was hooked.
