When it comes to the weekend, I’m all about casual but cute outfits. I look for stretchy, soft fabrics that I can throw on some fun accessories with if I decide to venture out of the house. My weekend outfits usually involve leggings, because we all know that leggings are officially pants now:)
The secret to this outfit is looking put together but a little undone. Start with a pair of black leggings. I’m wearing these, but this pair is my other fav.. Both have thick material that smooths everything out and a high waistband. Add a fun sweatshirt or pullover. Make sure to do a quick flip of the sleeves for a messy cuffed look.
For accessories, add some bigger fun earrings like these that are just $10. Keep it simple otherwise because no one wants jewelry weighing them down when they’re going casual. I’m also carrying my new-to-me Tory Burch Small York Tote. I snagged this one second-hand. It’s the perfect size for a cross between a purse and a work bag, as it fits my 12″ Macbook but isn’t super huge.
Finish the look off with your favorite tennis shoes. The trend is moving towards super fun patterns, like these Kate Spade Keds.
