How to Style an Inspirational Tee

I love inspirational tees–this one says “When you can’t change the direction of the wind, adjust your sails.” Here, I’ve paired my inspirational tank with a pair of destroyed jean shorts. Also, even though it’s super hot in Kentucky, I was heading out to dinner after this, so I added on a long cardigan but pulled up the sleeves.  Restaurants can be so cold. The duster cardigan adds some depth to this outfit and is a great way to layer going into fall!

Then I added fun accessories. My pom pom earrings are just $10 and come in several colors. They match the pink in my clutch, which also has blue in it to pull everything together. Of course, I added my everyday arm party. I was tempted to slide on my usual sandals, but I reached for these Bearpaw wedges instead.
