White Jeans After Labor Day
Not wearing white after Labor Day is SUCH an old school rule. #byefelicia White tees have been a year-round closet staple of mine for quite a while, and I’ve recently added white jeans to the mix. I think white jeans look so crisp and instantly up the it factor of your outfit. I’ve already purchased a longer pair for colder weather. While my Old Navy cropped white jeans are NOT the stay white version, I linked those for you. They’re identical in cut to the ones I’m wearing, and they on sale for $23!
Tips for Wearing White After Labor Day
As the weather starts to turn cooler, I like to pair fall-colored tones with my white pieces. I would avoid a head-to-toe white outfit after Labor Day unless you’re wearing a dress, or if you’re adding in cream tones. My tunic from Old Navy is great for the changing weather–it’s such a lovely color, and the length is perfect. I actually snagged it while on vacation in Charleston this summer, and wore this exact outfit for Kane’s birthday at the beach. It’s still hot in Kentucky, but I would totally transition this outfit with some olive slip-on sneakers ($25) instead of sandals.
