Kane had eye surgery yesterday. This is his second round, and we’re praying this takes care of all of his alignment issues! Since we knew it would be a rough week, we took Kane to the pumpkin patch at Evan’s Orchard in Georgetown, Kentucky on Sunday evening.
Tee: Mindy Mae’s Market // Jeans: Old Navy (non-maternity option) // Necklaces: Kate Spade and Tiffany & Co. // Flats: Target (identical; similar under $20) // Backpack purse: Sole Society (similar)
Kane’s Tee: Carter’s // Kane’s Shoes: Walmart (similar)
I’m loving this “Resting Witch Face” tee for Halloween from Mindy Mae’s Market. As soon as I saw it, I had to have it. Chauncey always tells me to wipe my RBF off when we’re shooting blog pics (never fails). Hey, if you got it, own it, right?haha I sized up two sizes to account for the bump, but would have felt comfortable just sizing up one size. It looks cute both worn regularly or tied up at the bottom. My friend Courtney from Kentucky Girl Ramblings also styled this tee with a different spin–you can checkout her post here.
To jazz up graphic tees this fall, pair them with a pair of destroyed black jeans and add leopard flats or slides. This combo instantly ups the chic factor of your outfit with little effort. I packed my backpack purse since I needed to carry my camera, etc., and it was great to lug around the orchard.
Kane ended up having a great time, and I ended up spending $50 on pumpkins. Chauncey said, “Are you really buying this many pumpkins?” Yes, Chauncey, I am.haha
