Faux Leather Leggings + Holiday Plaid

Holiday party look--faux leather leggings and plaid (works for maternity)

Y’all, I can’t believe we’re a week out from Christmas!!!! EEEEKKKK! Thankfully, I have 90% of my gifts wrapped under the tree, and I only have a few more gifts to buy. I’m wearing all the holiday things right now.  Today’s look is fun for rocking around the Christmas tree in faux leather leggings and holiday plaid.

PLAID TOP FOR CHRISTMAS

First of all, NONE of this look is maternity.  I just sized up in the plaid top and faux leather leggings.  Holiday plaid is the perfect look for Christmas–it’s so festive without being over the top (not that I have any issues with being over-the-top.haha). Can you believe this top is from Walmart?! It’s sold out online, but you may be able to snag one in store.

FAUX LEATHER LEGGINGS FOR CHRISTMAS

I love wearing plaid with my faux leather leggings.  It really kicks the plaid up a notch.  This is an edgy outfit that will work for a variety of holiday parties and get-togethers.  It’s also comfortable but very fashionable.

I topped everything with a red duster cardigan.  Kentucky has been a little frigid here lately, so additional warmth is needed.  I really like how the cardigan adds a punch of color to break up the black. To finish this outfit, I added with my glitter heels and plaid clutch.

Are you ready for Christmas?

Thank you to my friend Francis of Lee’s Lookbook for shooting these pics on a BLUSTERY, cold day!

Oh my gosh, I love everything about this outfit! The dark plaid blouse, the red red cardigan – and the faux leather leggings! I’ve been dying to try them (FLL) and this just might be the outfit to push me over the edge into try-on land!

I found you from Jess’ Turning Heads Linkup and I’ll definitely be back!
