Happy Valentine’s Day!!!

HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!!! If you follow me on Instagram and caught my stories this weekend, then you know that Chauncey and I celebrated Sunday night with dinner at J. Alexander’s at the Summit at Fritz Farm. Tonight we’re celebrating as a family and taking Kane out to dinner.  Not only is it Valentine’s Day, but it’s also show and tell day at school, so he is very excited.

I dressed up for mine and Chauncey’s date night, but I’m keeping it low key today in this casual look.  Maurices has been one of my fav clothing stores for years (we’re talking high school, people!), and I found this adorable heart print top on a recent visit.  The details are darling, down to the cutout sleeves and tie wrists. I sized up to a large for bump accommodation.

Since this print has navy in it, I paired it with my dark denim skinnies.  These maternity jeans are only my favorite pair ever! I caught them on sale and debated buying them, but I’m thankful I did. If you’re pregnant, then you should invest in at least one GOOD pair of maternity jeans. I thunk this is so important that I’m working on a blog post about maternity pants now.

Yes, my earrings are blue.  That’s totally on accident, as I didn’t change earrings beforehand.  They look so cute with this outfit though! They’re currently on sale for around $10 and come in two other colors.  I finished my look with a blush sparkle bag and loafers.  Both elevate the outfit to a dressier look without being overdone.
