Navy + Pink for Spring

Happy Monday! Spring is in the air in Kentucky (don’t worry though–that will probably change later this week.haha). I was loving the sunshine yesterday, so I had to break out this new navy and pink ruffle sleeve maternity dress I picked up recently.

Maternity dress: Isabel Maternity via Target (non- maternity option) // Flats: Old Navy // Earrings: Kendra Scott // Necklace: Kendra Scott // Clutch: Gigi New York // Sunglasses: Amazon // Lips: Lipsense in Be Mine

Wearing navy as your neutral is a great way to start switching your wardrobe over to spring. While I love wearing black, navy is a close cousin and lightens things up a bit.  It looks especially pretty paired with spring pastels, like the light pink stripe in this dress. The ruffled short sleeves of the dress are so cute, and I love that it’s only $25!

Some of you may have saw these flats on my Instagram a couple of weeks ago. As soon as I saw them, I had to have them! I like that the front portion is a lighter pink, while the heel is a darker pink. It makes it easy to wear these flats with a wider range of color options.

Last thing–I had really been wanting a pair of round shades like this, but the BP ones from Nordstrom have been sold out for FOREVER.  Well, Amazon to the rescue!  These round sunnies were under $13 and look to be a match for the BP ones, which are designer dupes.  Round sunnies are on trend for spring and summer.  Even if you feel like they wouldn’t fit your face, try a pair and you may be surprised!

Hope your Monday is off to a great start!

Nice to meet you!
