Summer Whites Work Wear + High Five for Friday

This post contains affiliate links + gifted items.

Y’all, it’s been a hectic week!  We’re buying a new car as I’m typing this.  I’m getting this post out as we’re waiting to finish up paperwork. But I wanted to share this summer work wear look with you.  Some people think that professional work wear equals stuff, but it doesn’t have to!

Top: Express–40% off today // Skirt: J. Crew Factory–clearance for $24 w/ code EXTRAEXTRA // Wedges: DV by Dolce Vita // Satchel: Tory Burch // Sunglasses: Quay Australia // Earrings: Plunder Design c/o Krissy Staton

When putting together a “summery” work wear look, exchange your black staples for white. I think that every woman needs a white skirt, white jeans, and white dress pants in their closet for summer. This ruffle on this tiered skirt gives it a playful work that will allow you to take this skirt from the office to happy hour.

I also love the Portofino button-up top from Express. This top comes in a multitude of colors and patterns. It’s a great work shirt, and really takes your typically button-up work shirt to the next level.

Pair everything with some wedges and a bag to match. You’ll be ready to hit up any work meeting with confidence!
