This weekend was absolutely gorgeous! I am both sad and excited that fall is coming. I look forward to it, but at the same time, I want to soak up every last minute of summer. Therefore, I’m not putting out any fall scented candles, decorations, etc. until after September 15. How many of you have already jumped the gun?
Tank: Adidas (non-see through version under $20) // Leggings: Zella (high-waisted full length version) // Bralette: Calvin Klein // Tennis shoes: c/o Bearpaw–on sale for $27.99 w/ code BPAMBTF // Earrings: c/o Sugarfix // Sunglasses: Quay
Today’s post could alternatively be called, “What to Wear to Make People Think You Work Out When You Don’t.” haha Yes, that’s my belly peeking through my shirt. No, I’m not going to be conscious about it–I think the see through look is super cute. If you do feel self conscious wearing things like this, go with a little bit of a higher waist like I did. And add a fun bralette or sports bra underneath to peek through.
Now, for the main reason for this post–my leggings! These leggings are my all-time favorite leggings! I also wore them when I was pregnant by sizing up one size. They are so forgiving! They smooth over everything, and the fabric is not too thick but not too thin. I always wear leggings as pants (stop your hating on leggings as pants–it’s ok!). I love the longer version of these when the weather gets cooler, but I was super excited to score a cropped pair.
Also, if you’re going for an all-black or neutral athleisure “workout” outfit, add some pops of color! My Bearpaw tennis shoes come in 4 colors, but I love the orchid pair I’m wearing now. It’s like walking on clouds. And they’re on sale for just $27.99 when you use code BPAMBTF. I’m also crushing on the linen color. For good measure, I added some matching Sugarfix earrings.
Those look so comfy! And girl, you are looking good!!
Everyone says those leggings are the best!
So cute!! Love this look with your pops of pink
I know this post is about the leggings, but how fun are those sneakers! So bright and cheery!
