Mother’s Day is this weekend! I think Mother’s Day is so important to celebrate–even before I was a mom myself, I liked taking the time to celebrate my mom, grandma, aunt, and Chauncey’s family. Today I’m sharing four fun Mother’s Day gift ideas–feel free to share with your partners, moms!

5 FUN MOTHER’S DAY GIFT IDEAS

MOTHER’S DAY GIFT IDEA #1: Buy mom something stylish

My entire outfit is ON SALE today! If you have a mom who loves fashion, buy her a new pair of earrings, a new bag, or my all-time favorite sandals that are on MAJOR MAJOR sale (this is not a drill)! For sizing on the Millers–the .5 sizes tend to be wider. I typically wear a 9-9.5, but always order 10 in these. Also, Target is having 20% off jewelry and accessories this week!

PS–this is the second time I’ve worn this dress. Here’s the first.

MOTHER’S DAY GIFT IDEA #2: Frame artwork from your kids

This is so easy! Grab a piece of mom’s favorite artwork that the kids have done.  Measure it, then go to Hobby Lobby and buy a frame. I’m a big fan of a 1″ white matte w/ white frame for this. You can also trim the artwork into more of a shape, mount it on a piece of white cardstock, and then frame it.

MOTHER’S DAY GIFT IDEA #3: A Night Alone

Increasingly, I see more and more moms requesting alone time! Do a hotel reservation at a local hotel JUST FOR MOM. Let het have the night alone to do whatever she wants (including taking a bath in PEACE). Bonus points if you book a spa service with it.

MOTHER’S DAY GIFT IDEA #4: Give an Experience

And no, I’m not talking about a trip to the zoo or aquarium with the kids. Search for local classes or craft nights that mom would enjoy doing, like handlettering or a paint night. If you’re local to Lexington, checkout Springhouse Gardens + Kayla Weber Art–they do a variety of great events!
