Happy Floral Dress + High Five for Friday Linkup

TGIF! This has been a stressful week all-around. I’m very thankful it’s Friday and I can decompress this weekend. But when I’m stressed, it makes me feel better to wear bright, happy outfits like this one. There’s just something about bright colors that puts me in a better mood.

floral dress // cork heels c/o–on sale for $17.99 // heart earrings // envelope clutch

Y’all, I was taking pictures in-between rain showers last weekend, and of course it started raining as soon as we stepped out to take these shots. Anyways, this dress is the perfect dress to have in your closet for when you need a pick-me-up/happy outfit. It’s a colorful explosion and is like wearing around a flower bouquet. The mix of yellow, turquoise, and red is stunning together. This dress fits fairly TTS and is a true wrap dress.

These cork heels go with e v e r y t h i n g. They have little gold flecks in them, but allow the attention to be on your outfit.  For a heeled sandal, they’re fairly comfortable. Since they’re neutral, I chose to play up the colors of the dress with my heart earrings and envelope clutch.

Does your outfit help improve your mood???
