Graphic tees have always been in style. They’re a great way of expressing your personality and interests–graphic tees are basically a handshake on a shirt.haha They’re so fun to incorporate into your look, but I know some of you struggle with styling graphic tees. So today I’m sharing some basic tips for styling graphic tees.

pizza tee // pom-pom shorts // lightning bolt earrings //crossbody (save option) // sandals

How to Style a Graphic Tee Tip #1: Tuck it in or knot the hem.

Since graphic tees are more casual by nature, I like to do something with the hem other than leaving it hanging. I suggest either tucking it in or doing a knot in the hem. This makes your look more polished.

How to Style a Graphic Tee Tip #2: Roll the sleeves.

I haven’t rolled my sleeves IN YEARS, but this is 2019 and everything from my childhood is making a comeback. Roll the sleeves of your graphic tee for added detail. You want small rolls of 3/4 inch or less. Basically, just flip the sleeve up at the hem, then roll it once more.

How to Style a Graphic Tee Tip #3: Add statement earrings.

Statement earrings are the easiest way to elevate any look. Pop them in and BAM! Your outfit has been taken to the next level. This gives your outfit more of an edge, that extra “it” factor. My lightning bolt earrings are bold and catch your attention, but the color also compliments my pizza tee.

Here, I paired my pizza graphic tee with pom-pom shorts, because I wanted something casual but with details. It would also look super cute with a skirt or white jeans. When it comes to styling graphic tees, don’t be afraid to play around and have fun!
