Mauve Eyeshadow Look for Fall + High Five for Friday Linkup

Happy Friday, friends! It felt like fall in Lex this morning and I am here for it. While it will take awhile to be able to fully transition my wardrobe to fall, I transitioned my makeup to fall several weeks ago. Last weekend, I had a wedding to attend, so I did this pretty mauve eye look using my Huda Beauty New Nudes eyeshadow palette.

PRODUCTS I USED:

Huda Beauty New Nudes eyeshadow palette // foundation–$20! // eyeliner // faux lashes–$6 + lash glue // bronzer // blush // lippie in Creamer // brow in 4.5

To recreate this look, start by warming your foundation with this bronzer. Fill in your brows so you have some shape to your face with this brow product.

For your eyeshadow, start by using a primer. First, use the shade “Play” as a transition shade in your crease. Next, go into your crease with a mixture of “Secret” and “Tease.” Barely bring those shades down on your lid around your lashline (think a sideways V). Using your finger, press the shade “Crave” onto your lid for the most impact. Finish up with liner and some faux lashes. This lash glue is the absolute best lash glue I’ve found. It sets quickly, which works best for me.

I finished this out with this lippie in Creamer. I love a good neutral lip, and it looks so pretty with the mauve eyeshadow!
