Do you celebrate Galentine’s Day? If you’re not, you should! Yes, it’s totally a made-up holiday, but I’ll take any excuse to hang out with my friends. Take some time and make some plans:) Then wear this cute Galentine’s Day outfit out. And I say Galentine’s Day outfit, as opposed to Valentine’s Day outfit, because some partners may not appreciate just how cute this look is with glitter sneakers.haha Yes, I’m talking about YOU, Chauncey.

Nothing says Valentine’s Day like pinks and reds, and this hot pink sweater is just what you need. Now, I’m still not for sure how I feel about wearing the cropped sweater trend, but I grabbed this crop sweater in a medium, even though I could have sized down to a small. Personally, I like for crop sweaters to be a little oversized so it looks lived in.

Satin skirts have been popping up since the holidays. I’m digging the trend with a casual take. While I’ve paired it with my crop sweater, you could also do a graphic tee and jean jacket. Or if you do want to dress it up just a little, try it with a satin cami and jean jacket. I left my sweater untucked, because I didn’t want the outfit to feel buttoned-up.

Add some sparkle jewelry to keep it fun, then sneakers to dress it down. DISCLAIMER: Chauncey says these sneakers do not match this outfit [insert eye roll]. Chauncey doesn’t know what he’s talking about because these sneakers are SUPER CUTE with this look.
