Fall in the south is weird. You’ll have a “fake” fall and then temps will heat back up again before getting cold for real. I’m trying to share a mix of content to cover all the bases. I’ve worn this casual denim skirt look several times already for lunch dates.
A henley top and denim skirt is a cute twist on your typical tee shirt and jeans look. It still has that cool girl, casual vibe but kicks it up a notch. My rust striped henley top is beautiful for fall, and stands out when paired with a denim skirt.
Sadly, my acid wash denim skirt is sold out, but I linked two similar ones for you above. While I swore I would never again wear acid wash, I have truly fallen in love with it for the past few years. It gives a more nuanced visual than plain denim. Plus, you can pair it with so much during the fall.
Now, my favorite color combo for fall is rust and teal. The Kendra Scott pieces I’m wearing are teal magnesite. They’re unexpected, but go perfectly with this look. I finished my look off with a pair of raffia loafers. I like switching to loafers when I put my sandals away for the year.
Hope your week is off to a great start!
