It makes my heart so happy that we’ve finally hit full-on Christmas season! I love all the festivities that come with Christmas, and while it may look very different this year, I’m still rocking all the holiday looks. This outfit is like my casual holiday essentials look. Over the years, I’ve accumulated many holiday plaid pieces, so I’m always on the lookout for something slightly different. This holiday plaid flannel shirt is a fresh take with a ribbon of teal running through it. It’s the classic fit, so I sized up one size for a looser fit.
Black jeans are the perfect casual compliment to holiday plaid tops! The leopard print black jeans I’m wearing are such a fresh take on the black jean trend. Every holiday outfit needs festive touches. Here, I’m wearing my bright Nutcracker earrings. Side note: they’re perfect for any ballerinas in your life who dance the Nutcracker. And I added my festive scarf and pom hate. Can we just take a moment to acknowledge how awkward toboggans (aka beanies) are to style? I don’t know if my forehead to face ratios are off or what, but I often have issues finding one that I like. This pom hat has my stamp of approval!
