Let me begin this post by saying don’t kill the messenger.haha This spring, 90’s style is back with a vengeance–think crop tops, band tees, and straight jeans. I know, some of y’all thought you’d never see acid wash again. This time around, though, you’re seeing 90’s influences with modern twists.

Y’all, I will always love skinny jeans, but I am digging this straight leg jeans! The light acid wash is perfect. When I bought them, I texted a pic of them to my mom. They could’ve been pulled right out of her closet in the 90’s. The details, especially around the hemline, are so good. These are high rise, so they have a good line to them.
Crop tops are back, but they’re totally doable with high rise jeans. This AC/DC band tee is a little oversized, and I like the fit. It’s so bright and colorful, which is a little different from most band tees. I know this is probably out of so many’s comfort zone, but try the trend. You might surprise yourself and like it!
Now, for accessories, white is in! You’ll notice I have a white knotted headband, white quilted bag, and white quilted sandals. This little trio will work with most outfits you own and will make everything look so fresh for spring! White accessories were big in the 90’s, and I’m enjoying them in more modern takes.
I’m not going to lie–this outfit makes me very nostalgic for my childhood!
