And so the obsession with fun sleeves continues. . . . Today my friend Sarah from Sew Sarah R have teamed up to show you two ways to style this awesome bell sleeve dress from the Who What Wear collection at Target.

Dress: Target–just $35 // Heels: Target–under $35 (low heeled version, similar) // Handbag: Kate Spade Outlet c/o the Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass // Earrings: Sugarfix at Target–$10 // Bracelet set: Sugarfix at Target (option, option)–under $15 //// Necklace: c/o Purple Peridot–use code PC10 for 10% off // Sunnies: Quay–only $50! // Watch: Kate Spade (metal bandalmost identical) // Cuffs: J. Crew FactoryJ. Crew Factory
This darling dress comes in two colors–black and white. I decided to go with the black, and Sarah decided to grab the white. It’s a super thin, breathable material that is very loose and flowy.  Be sure to size down one size, but don’t size down too far, because the crochet material at the top of the dress is a tighter fit.
I saw the black dress as a blank canvas waiting for some splashes of color. The fit can be overwhelming, so I went with this chunky statement necklace to balance out the shape. I threw on my new hot pink block heels for some more color–these are under $35 and so easy to walk in. My bracelets pull both colors together, as does my watercolor bag. I finished my look off with some white earrings that tied in the purse for a completely look that was matchy without being overwhelming.
Head on over to Sew Sarah R and get the details on how she styled the white version of this dress!!!
