Everyday Quarantine Style: Graphic Tee + Bike Shorts

This post contains affiliate links + gifted items.

Happy Monday! OK, I know. . . it’s a Monday, but let’s roll with it. I shot this post a while back, before I cut about 3″ off of my hair. Taytay even beat me and released a new album since then (love Folklore, btw). A graphic tee and bike shorts have been my go to look for quarantine, even though I swore I’d never wear biker shorts again.

Taylor Swift Lover graphic tee (plus sizes here) // bike shorts (same brand) // Kendra Scott layered chains necklace c/o // Kendra Scott earrings c/o (smaller version, hoop version) // Tory Burch quilted shoulder bag // neon slides

Can we take a moment to chat about Taylor Swift? I love her confidence, her courage, and her ability to continually move forward. If you’ve not watched the Miss Americana documentary about her on Netflix, you need to que it up! She is a true inspiration, and we can all take away something positive from her approach. So when I saw this Taylor Swift Lover graphic tee, it was a total “add to cart” moment. I sized up so that it would be more oversized.

If you wear an oversized graphic tee with bike shorts, I suggest letting it drape loose over the shorts, like I did here. You can also type it up crop if you want–it works either way:) Bike shorts fit similar to leggings, so I suggest sizing up one size (as a rule, I always size up one size in things that fit like this). You can even wear them into fall with oversized sweatshirts–do you sense a theme here?

And the title for this post came from another golden Chauncey comment. Y’all know our favorite Instagram husband is never shy when it comes to his style commentary [insert eye roll]. He was like, “What are we shooting today? Your everyday quarantine look?” Why yes, Chauncey, we are.hahaha

Lastly, today is the last day for the Kendra Scott Spectacular sale! They have a TON of items (some way new) up to 70% off. The more you buy, the more you save, and you won’t believe some of the prices. This is a great opportunity to stock up on items for fall and winter birthdays, as well as Christmas. Hope your week is off to a good start!
