Happy holidays, y’all! I have taken this holiday season to really be present in the moment and soak in time with family. We had a very merry Christmas (other than Gizmo temporarily going MIA), and I hope you did as well. My friend Courtney from Kentucky Girl Ramblings snapped some Christmas family photos for us earlier this month for our Christmas cards, which were sent out at the eleventh hour. It’s been so long since I shared a blog post (TOO LONG!), so I wanted to be sure to share these beautiful photos with you.
MOM OUTFIT: Puffy sleeve plaid mini dress (different cut)–wearing size M // rose gold knot shoes–size up // green metallic headband // Kendra Scott Madelyn earrings c/o
TODDLER GIRL OUTFIT: The Beaufort Bonnet Company smocked wreath dress // similar gold ballet flats
BOY OUTFIT: Polo shirt // Oatmeal cableknit sweater // similar jeans // loafers
DAD OUTFIT: thermal shirt // similar jeans // affordable men’s dress shoes

Now, you’re probably wondering, “Tif, where have you been the last 2.5 months?!” The answer is around. I’m fairly active over on Instagram–give me a follow if you haven’t already! To be honest, the last two years have been very tough, and I haven’t felt like creating, which is very hard when you thrive the most when you’re being creative. It’s been a strange place to be in. I’ve shot blog outfits I’ve never posted. . .my heart just wasn’t in. Today, for the first time in forever, I’m finally sitting down on my Mac to write a blog most and it makes me so happy! I’m looking forward to relaunching the blog as we go into the new year and getting back to doing what I love.
My little family wishes you and yours a very happy New Year’s! We hope that after the hot mess of the last two years, that 2022 holds only the best!!! Here’s to dreams coming true in 2022!
Beautiful pics, Tif! I definitely feel you on creating in the covid era. I get some much needed serotonin from blogging/creativity, and yet blogging, like everything else these days, feels so… exhausting, haha. Come on 2022, bring us some normalcy!! xo
